A transformative year.

Located in the spectacular Victorian High Country, our Howqua campus offers an extensive year-long program for girls in Year 9 designed to build and reinforce each girl’s skills and independence.

Despite the non-traditional learning environment, Howqua offers a robust curriculum with girls participating in a range of core and elective subjects. As with everything at Howqua though, teachers never miss an opportunity to tailor subjects to make the most of the natural setting. The jewel in the Howqua crown, the Outdoor Program, is run over two days each week. This unique, adventurous program invites girls to experience activities including hiking, cross country, downhill skiing, mountain biking and horse riding, allowing girls to gradually build their fitness, confidence, technical skills and teamwork.
